Some history of the reverse shave...

Back in the day when there were a few webmaster boards, the reverse shave was given to those "Free site" webmasters that were very vocal on the boards. That way, these webmasters would talk about how great their ratios were, and how much money they made.

Nowadays, when a so called webmaster says that, it's a joke, since there's a ref code attached to it.

Roger - no offense and please consider this positive criticism - my take on that is that even if you had the best converting site on the planet with the most awesome retention in the universe and all the upsells in the world that promo could still easily bleed your company dry.
