Any update on this its been 15 DAYS since my initail TICKET......

I could have downloaded and reuploaded the sites myself faster........

Get you act together please and get this fucking ticket resolved.

for 15 days? hell no, I would have been down their throat days ago.

In fact, if i have to wait 24 hours for something I start flipping out.

Don't swear don't yell, even say please to them. Will book better results. You might also mention that you would like to receive service for the money you paid them and if not there company/services can be replaced. :thumbsup

Nah, be a friggin' gentleman/diplomat about it, even if you don't mean it. It's not like you're going to intimidate them through your keyboard or something, nor get your time back. Do your part 100%, and make a choice whether they will be assigned any more tasks in the future. :thumbsup You can always crack their skull open next time you stumble upon them face to face.

Actions speak louder than words. If you (Juicy) were reasonable with your dealings with them, then their lack of service = your lack of future cash flowing into their business. I have had several hosts who aren't getting any more of my cash because of a lack of service.

Then again, this thread is probably just leverage to piss someone off :1orglaugh

You lasted about 10 days longer than I would have - and your msg was way too nice - of course Ive dropped sponsors and hosts for less
