What's for Christmas dinner this year?

Yeh I know Christmas itself isn't for another 3 weeks, but people typically celebrate Christmas throughout all of December when you add in company parties and other dinners. I think my favorite part about Christmas is all of the food, I typically have 4-5 different Christmas feasts and its all incredibly delicious.

This year at my place we're going to get a ham and have turkey and dressing sandwiches. I've been asking around, nobody has any clue what turkey and dressing sandwiches are, so I'm assuming its a very regional thing. Turkey and dressing is one of the best sandwiches you could ever have, it sounds kind of gross but oh my God is it delicious. If anyone wants to give it a whirl just let me know and I'll send you the recipe my mom just gave me.

So what do you have planned for Christmas dinner? Ham? Turkey? Lamb? Duck?

Oddly for me the christmas eve and christmas dinners are always 100% unknown to either my fiance nor myself. We get invited down to her aunts house and her uncle makes two feasts and they seem to change all the time. Yet every other holiday or special gathering I do know whats going on and I am often a food nut, so this is my one time of the year to just let go.

I usually like to eat Duck on Christmas. Then again I like to eat duck as much as possible.

Still thinking. Our relatives will be visiting us I guess, so we still have to consider what they want for dinner..
