What the hell is a 'RETURN'
 

when someone rebills on a porn membership, how the fuck can they return it? its not like they bought it at a store, I can understand cancels, but how can processors let people leech off paysites and quit after a week?

I am bitching because I got 5 returns today (never had one before in 2 months) Hence me asking what the fuck is a return?

some billing companies offer "refunds" to customers, so a "return" would be a "refund".

its possible, and most likely..

Sounds like someones way of wording 'chargeback' to us.

I am with jettis and its fucked, we have lots of "Screw you over" columns like

I've been noticing alot of returns/refunds lately also... particularly with ibill...

basically its the processors way of giving in to the customer to avoid a chargeback.

i payed for an hour with pipecrews mom, and you can bet i charged it back! ;-)

A little clarification on our terminology.

Credit -- Refund issued by our customer service on CC or ACH
Return -- ACH charges not honored by the bank. IE. NSF
Chargeback -- CC charges disputed by customer with their credit card bank

In other words, those were 5 ACH customers who didn't have the funds for us to charge.
