Hmm how to put this short enough so as not to bug people and long enuff
so as to be understood.
As of today I am no longer associated in any way shape or form with
Erotic Design (www.ultimatedesign.org/www.eroticdesign.org)
I first started with erotic design in oct of 2000 with the understanding
and belief that i was an equal partner in the company in exchange for my
promotion and customer service. It was recently brought to light
that i infact was "only a partner on what i physically brought in, or if people
made it a point to mention my name when asking for services" I then
asked about how one was able to tell where and who the website business
was coming from since i had done alot of advertising for the site and placed
button spots etc (that i had won) as well as arranging link trades etc.
my question then went unanswered with a virtual cyber shrug. I bit my tongue
for the last two weeks since we still had contracts to be completed etc.
and then one day went to the design site and looked at the contact page.
i then noticed that my email was gone from the sales and support contacts
and now it was a generic one and didnt go to me as it did before.
I further bit my tongue for the week and tried msging my supposed partner
on icq only to be ignored ( we used to talk several times daily)
on sun mar17 i go again to the contact page and now see my icq
removed from the site as well.
so what am i to conclude?
after a year of tireless promoting and undying loyalty to building what i
thought was part of my company, it would seem as though i have been squeezed out.
To those of you who i have helped in the past its been a blast and dont count me out
ill still be happy to assist you in finding your design needs.

You coulda just said you aren't working with your former employer and saved us 5 minutes of reading that.

Was your original employment offer as an employee, contractor, or a partner? There must be something in writing....

That's a shame Erika! I think the top two emplyment areas in existance where you get screwed the most are adult net and contracting. You should contact your previous contractees and apprise them of the situation.

Get with someone else and set up a new company! :winkwink:

well ive learned my lesson it was the proverbial cyber handshake and seemed to work well for a while till now lol oh well live and learn. and i was approached etc only log i have is icq which is useless

Well i read it "i see most dident", seems that you are better of without the company erika.....would have been alot worse if this happend in 2 years though!

Some ppl are just like that and i truely feel sorry for you erika as i know it will probably make you distrust potential partners in the future.
