Well I am looking for some one in the San Diego area that is looking for an apartment in San Diego. Worth giving a shot to see on GFY after all the time I spend reading and learning from here in the past and now.

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must Be reliable and financially stable (i.e. working)
No Drugs, Drama or anything that can get us evicted or in trouble

Down Town
The surrounding area is being built up with LOTS of expensive condos/homes.

Everything in this apartment is extremely brand new and the building is very, very, very well maintained.

Long closet for tons of stuff
Direct TV Service

* If do not need some of this I can remove it upon move in.

Originally from Miami and come out to San Diego with Military
I work in the computer industry during the day time and work in the sports industry after hours and weekends.
I work out and I am super active with sports and love to be busy and active.
NOTE: I do have a very well maintatined and trained military like retriever mix here in the house so if you have a cat he may or may not like him/her.

The last roommate I had just left with out paying any rent this month or any of the bills. I am in a crunch to get some one in here ASAP, as of TODAY, 12/01/05.
