I use to be the same.. but I find that if you get drunk a few times in a week that you tolerence builds up. Now it takes about 5-7 pints to get me fully drunk. Although I did puke in the pub last week after 8 pints :(

I used to be able to drink a bottle by myself..now I am puking drunk after 3 coctails..sucks, but my liver and kidneys thank me.

I think it helps if you eat something along with alcohol. it slows down the effect
