Some one just did fraud on my bank account , i was just checking my account and notice three different charges adding up more than 3k . Some one in france got a hold of my check card number and went on a shopping spree . I don't even use my check card that often and i have never been to france . Plus i know i haven't lost my card cuz it was in my hand when i called up to report it to the bank . Wow this pissed me off what a way to start off the weekend . :mad: :mad: :mad:

Happened to my wife a few months ago. That shit sucks, bro but your bank should handle it. Generally takes 60 - 90 days from what i've seen

Damn thats rough. Every time I hear about things like this it makes me feel better about using my credit card for everything :P At least if someone racks up a bunch of charges on your credit card your not out the cash till you get the fraud issue resolved.

thanks everybody , its going to take a month to resolve it but the bank is taking care of it already they put the money back into the account

that sucks ass. Hopefully they have some protection on the card to help out.

I got the third degree at the nextel store when i went to buy some phones.

They had to call in my card.

A cop showed up and they started asking me weird questions.

Someone got a hold of my info and spent over $3k.

The Bank took care of it easily.

i got lucky the bank was so nice to take care of this right away

That sucks, but at least it's only 3k and not 30.
