Page wont load with "www" but loads without? help?
 

Hey guys, what causes this problem..

People type in http://www.mysite.com - they get error

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request."
ETC

People type in http://mysite.com - no errors

whats the problem?

cname records?

Hire someone who knows how to set up a web server.

Well for one http://www.mysite.com redirects to http://home.mysite.com/ and it loads just fine. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

Make sure to have "ServerAlias www.mysite.com mysite.com" in your httpd.conf for that site.
