Law/Legal QUESTIONS For The Experts-Opinions On Studios, Advertising, and General Law
1.) Do you need a special "studio license" or other permit to shoot/film adult content in an office/building that is zoned business? Does this vary from state-to-state?
-Many companies are shooting right out of their homes, friends homes, or small offices/studios. Do you need a license to use a location as your designated "studio" or by combining your space as both an "office and studio" are you exempt. 2.) When interviewing applicants for adult modeling from solo to hardcore, are there any reasons not to use a printed payment scale breaking down payment by: hour / per person / per activity / per session / etc...? opinions appreciated :thumbsup |

yea, it's too bad more people in the adult community don't help each-other. I have seen many "established" companies ask others for simple solutions on small things only to get scoffed at like they are stupid. When one company screws up on something simple it makes everyone look bad. This industry isn't comprised of fortune 500 ceo's and contrary to some people's opinions there is plenty of pie to go around... :2 cents:
