Your site mysterously goes away, and ALL 5 of my fucking licenses die, at the same time all my members areas come up with "Error with license.. Contact adultwebware.com for details."

I know the adultwebware site itself is having a server issue.
You can contact nick via emailing [email protected] it will open a ticket up. The licenses though are not tied to his server at all though, and I just checked ours (we run 7) and they are all fine. |

Here's a thought.. Send me the upgraded scripts that don't rely on your servers to work.. I bought 5 or 6 licenses, they should work regardless of if your server is up or not.. If you have a version that does not talk to your server, email that version to me, and I'll upgrade my versions right now.. We've been having a bitch of a time contacting them as well, so I will post this:
AWW support, I am an owner of occash and my programmer is unnavailable to tend to this situation. Currently, all of our sites that are using AWW are broken. If you login to any site (ex. http://tour.brazilbang.com) and look at different episodes' picture sets, you will see that they are all sharing the same picture sets. This is happening in ALL of our sites that are using AWW and we're losing members due to this like mad! We need this cleared up ASAP please. AdultWebware.com is now resolving from the new place.
Those of you who use older builds of the AW and have had not yet installed newest license module shoud have problems no more. But that is still recommended to get an update. Let me know if I can be of any assistance. -Nick AW |

I just hope smaller programs won't find this bug later. I only figured it out today, coming from 3 days out of town. That's almost 4 days of downtime.
Anyway, DNSmadeeasy.com or similar dns product should be a must for any serious business online. Set your domains on multiple servers and make sure you can switch the IPs of your domains within 5-10 minutes. (600 TTL) Waiting 10-24 hours for dns change is so 1996. |

We currently have leased servers in 4 parts of the world. And are uniting the contents through them at the moment. Once completed, we do our public release. (the old ones were massively attacked as our previous hoster said). _ |
By the way, there was not all 4 days of downtime as you said.
Because once it goes unavailable there is link to our website shown and members contact us directly about the problem. And we do that fixed immediately if we have actual access logins on file. We haven't yet received any emails from your members. We DO pay attention to any issues and are removing ALL now. So the offical 5.0 release would have almost 98% stability. 2% is for human interfaces. _ |
