Is this legal?

I was searching through internet jobs, and I saw this in the ad:

No Tobacco Users

Tobacoo users, including users of smokeless tobacoo products, are not eligible for employment with National.

Is that legal?

ah, something in my area of expertise :1orglaugh
it's illegal in some states that have passed laws banning discrimination based on legal activities in off-hours; in other states, it's questionable and could be challenged in court, but not necessarily illegal.

That's a very "US question" :winkwink:

Starting from Russia they ask "How many software copies can I rip off?"

By the time it hits the EU the question becomes, "How many software copies can I rip off and get away with?"

By the time it crosses the Atlantic to the US, the question changes to "Is software ripping legal?"

:winkwink:
