Need to register a company or corporation in Europe

I need to register a company or corporation in Europe.

Options:

1. If any fellow Europeans here want to register me a DBA there, please ICQ me and I will throw some cash your way. I know in Canada and the United States it is a 30 minute process and costs under $100.00.

2. If anyone knows a good website for a corporation, please post the URL.

its not $100 in Europe and legally a WHOLE lotta different. Cough up and get a decent advice. Europe isnt one legally, every country is different and has its dis and advantages.
