I Stopped Smoking And Drinking Coke NEED HELP
 

And now i am going fucking off my fucking head, i need 1 more smoke and 1 more drink of coke.... i am getting big headaces from not drinking to coke and i am wanting to smash the fuck out of anything because i need a smoke....

my cheast is hurting aswell, i think my lungs are cleaning them selfs or they are saying " where the fucking is the smoke you hahahaha "

Man I thought smoking was bad but I ran out of coke the other day and that shit kicked my ass. Patch always helps for ciggs, coke man you gotta have some caffeine. No idea how long that shit can last.

Amen to that, i would do anything for a cup of coke right now.... but i know i cant, i have to get passed the first 24 hours........

I was never that addicted to those stuff yet so when I decided to quit, it's quite easy.

simply pour some coke in one of those big beer glasses filled with ice, toss in a thin slice of lemon, put up your feet, and light your favorite brand, maaaan, life can be good

try drinking diet coke. after a week regular tastes like shit. and with the cigs, start chewing packs of sugar free gum at a time

I used to smoke in my room ( 2 packs a day) and drink a shitload of coke everyday for like 3 years. I quit drinking coke first though a long time ago, it started to give me heartburns. Smoking i quit over 2 years ago cold turkey. My body thanks me everyday, good luck in your attempt. :)

That's withrawal syndrome man. If you pass that stage then it's a brand new life for you. Better try sugar free chewing gums for cig.

I never smoked the tobacco sticks before....but giving up coke is a bitch. Try Coke Zero...it taste like coke...but doesn't give you the satisfying feeling that coke gives you.

I drink about 5 cans of coke a day.

atlease you don't need 1 more smoke and 1 more LINE of coke.
