You probably shouldn't quit both at the same time. Substitutes also may help.

Man I thought smoking was bad but I ran out of coke the other day and that shit kicked my ass. Patch always helps for ciggs, coke man you gotta have some caffeine. No idea how long that shit can last.

I used to smoke in my room ( 2 packs a day) and drink a shitload of coke everyday for like 3 years. I quit drinking coke first though a long time ago, it started to give me heartburns. Smoking i quit over 2 years ago cold turkey. My body thanks me everyday, good luck in your attempt.

I never smoked the tobacco sticks before....but giving up coke is a bitch. Try Coke Zero...it taste like coke...but doesn't give you the satisfying feeling that coke gives you.

I drink about 5 cans of coke a day.
