The worst of it is that i'm sure they could retrace the sales but they wont. They reply to my email by something like "sorry we cant" instead of "sorry, we dont wanth to spend 10 minutes of our time looking at it".

That was about the budget for my Christmass presents this year. I'll do an effort drinking and smoking less so my family wont pay for my error.
