Does it really matter when you submit? Whether it's morning or night? Everyone got different locations anyway no?

I mean if you submit daily, will it make a difference to submit at 9am eastern instead of 9pm eastern?

There was a time when Thumbzilla had window open for free submissions starting at 9 AM EST. Once the window was full it would close...still not doing that I hope! :Oh crap

It wouldn't make too much sense seeing as how the industry is pretty much worldwide at this point. So I just wanna know so I don't waste time.
