2257 Update November 29th
Okay here's a brief rundown of what's happened in the past week:
Nov 21: Defendants file motion to exceed 15 pages in their motion to dismiss Nov 21: Motion to Dismiss filed Nov 22: Judge rules that defendants must keep their motion to dismiss less than 30 pages, it was 86 pages long so it has been thrown out. Defendants may file an additional motion to dismiss if it's under 30 pages, or respond to Plaintiff's amended claim by Dec 22nd. |
Uhm, wtf?
How is the guberment filing a motion to dismiss before there's been a ruling on the injunction? |
86 pages.. :winkwink: Must be alot of reasons why this is bullshit..
I'm sure they can do it in 30 or less though.. hope things go smooth.. |
well i guess that's kinda good
|
Not sure if it is good or bad

Print that bad boy at 8pt font, single spaced and no margins...
What, all of a sudden they're in a big hurry to get this off the calendar? Reminds me of this time in high school when I got a paper returned to me as incomplete because I fucked up the bibliography formatting... |
LOL
