yeah keeps signing up for trials..and then quitting..but he doesnt even quit himself..sends in an email..saying there is no cancellation button..lol

The answer is quite simple :

I know in Europe (as I'm European) There's a specific system called e-creditcard (or whatever you want) which allow you to buy something on the internet with a one-time-use credit card number.

It means you can only enter the specific credit card number given by the system to buy one thing at a specific price.

It's for security purpose only, if someone steal your CC number it can not be used again...

So your surfer is suscribing to your website everymonth because you can not rebill him ...

we've had that problem before in the past.

Send him a mail offering him a good discount for a full month or 3 month membership, if he likes the site so much he would probably take that offer.
