After almost 7 years in the biz, a new home in florida...several new cars and plenty of money to spend im retireing!

Dude im not a young guy. You prob don't know me and my medical history.
I have had open heart surgery and am not the most healthy person. This biz is for a healthier younger guy than me.

AND frankly i don't need to work anymore so why should I?

Yea its that time. Will prob travel more..my 4yr old grandson is now in France with his mom and dad. Im sure that our first stop and prob some other places in europe.

Wow Its really nice to see all the well wishers.

Folks it has been a long run and a good one I have met may amazing people in this biz over the years and it has been great fun :)

To those of you emailing me that i shouldn't sell thanks for the support, BUT after several months of thinking of what my next step was going to be, i just decided to outright sell everything.

Being an old timer at this many of you know it gets in your blood and even if i let somebody else run things i would still have to have my hand in it somehow. So the best thing for me is to cut the cord sorta speak and just hope that the company or person that buys it does it justice.

It will always be my baby and im proud to have had all the support from YOU the webmasters and all our customers over the years.

Thanks to you all! I will still be around..but ill be drinking my 7&7 going to the beach and traveling alot. Its time to have fun and enjoy the spoils !

I have had alot good questions but no one serious to this point. So Things are still up for grabs for those looking to steal this from me.
