I have a thyroid condition that slows my metabolism right the fuck down .... sometimes I do not shit for 4 days !!

I am very concious of my weight, so that causes me to eat even less ... :(

Clams are evil, I also have tried my best to get rid of them all.. but you can only eat so many at a time. :)
