I had a chance to check out the new site, it works great. The only minor, tiny point I had was the girls' thumbnail photos in the frame:

1) Too small = too hard to see (unless you mouse-over and get the pop-up image)
2) You have to scroll down to see them all

I'm not sure what would be better, but maybe increasing the t/n photos size and extending the frame vertically?

Anyhow, just a minor point but overall I think it's a great upgrade, good luck

I personally like the mouse over thumbs for the headshots, kind of forces you to look around, but I'll definitely take that into consideration. Could always go double wide with the model list.
