what is your work schedule / sleeping pattern like?
mine is really messed up right now. 48 hours awake & working and 12 - 20 hours sleeping. That's how it has been for the past month.
But I got an awesome new script that I'm almost ready to release, so hopefully it'll pay off. (http://www.evildollars.com/redeye/) |
Mine is all fucked up its 5am and iam still working
i am an insomniac i get 4-5 hours of sleep a night
i stay up progressively later until im going to sleep at 9am and getting up at 5pm.. then i force myself to get up on 3-4 hours of sleep (like 10a-2p), and im real tired that night at like 2.. so i sleep and get up at 10. then start the cycle over again. :helpme
my patterns are all fucked up as well, go to bed 11or later up at 3-4am them get on here for a bit till I'm sleepy again 5-6am, sleep till 10 then go to the office.
I was wide awake all night. I haven't slept yet. Just layin in bed staring in the dark. So i got up and started capturing videos.. A LOONG day of editing ahead.. brb.. I NEED coffee.. hehe
alot of times when i hit the 48 hour point i'm usually really into what i'm working on and i gotta force myself to sleep against my desires.
same here, totally fucked up
i worked in nightclubs and stripclubs for over 7 years straight... i would go to bed about 7 in the morning and sleep all day till about 4 or 5 pm... then jayman talks me into coming into this biz, and i was all like " fuck, now i gotta get my sleep schedule to a more normal time".... then i started to realize that everybody in this biz has the same sleep/work patterns as working in bars, so it all works out, lol.
although i do like getting up earlier in the day during spring and summer so i can get out and enjoy the weather. |

Used to do this too, everyday I went to bed like 1 hour later and later. I now try to go to sleep around 1am and get up at 8:30am. I can get far more work done this way and shops are still open! |
Re
Same here, working till early morning, then sleep till afternoon...it is a problem with all computer users sleeping patterns, cant go sleep easily and wake up tired, just to run and check emails, sign ups, stats, affiliates and GFY..addiction it is...
I to sleep only 4 hours or less a night but I have been doing that for over 20 yrs since my car accident. If I sleep more than 4 hrs I wake up in pain.
Sleep at 9 or 10 am, wake up at 7pm when its dark, my sleep pattern is majorl y fucked, i never get to see the sun, and i sleep with no alarm so i end up sleeping a lot like 9-10 hrs sometimes.
In bed by ten or eleven p.m. and up at five. Doesn't matter if I sleep or not during the night, I'm still up at 5 a.m.
It only sucks after I get back from a trip. Then, my body clock is fucked up for two weeks. |
I don't have a schedule, I've been working for 24 hours straight now and will probably not go to bed in about 10 hours
Mine is horrible :Oh crap :Oh crap
didn't sleep quite well today....and will work till tomorrow morning :(
I'm pretty good and get around 7 hours of sleep every night.
mine is all fucked up too, it changes daily
I'm putting in a solid 14 hours a day, and sleep when I can the past 2 weeks
i dont sleep
looking at this I realise my pattern is quite GOOD
I usually go to bed around 3 - 5 am and sleep till 11am - 2 pm |
only 5 hours of sleep everynight and I work 15 hours daily
I usually get up like 2 hours later everday.
lately - I've been drunk. I look at my conversion ratios and see shit like 1:1900 or 1:7000 and say fuck it. :disgust |
I'm here again :1orglaugh
Mine is fucked up too, usually up till wee hours of the morning sometimes 4 a.m. or so it's 3:30 am here right now
Crash out at 2, up at 8
Work all goddamn day Thank God I like my job so much |
To work at 9am.. Home by 5pm... whatever happens between then, depends on the mood.. most of the time it's brainstorming and working on shit that I can pull up slack on..
