The kind of member mail that makes you snap...
I was alread in a piss poor mood tonight....and then this shows up from someone who apparenlty was having trouble on my streaming video site....but rather than email right away to try to troubleshoot when he would have been told to clear his browser cache and reboot - and not to leave his browser open overnight while connected to the service), decided to cheer my evening with this:

I have tried this 3 times and gotten screwed everytime. Please fix this or not only will I dispute the last 3 times (since I have never gotten a complete session and it has never seemed to NOT lock up my machine. The bottom line is I would love to use your service but every time I do, it locks up and if I return immediatly the time reflects correctly, but when I return the next day my time is all gone. Please verify this against my email and determine why when I am not still online my time continues to deduct. This is a MAJOR PROBLEM and will cost you all your 'PROFIT' should you decide to ignore this, I have 3 lawyer friends that already say you are out of business if you do not fix this now. You already owe me an hour and a half and I am more than happy to continue using you if you fix this shit.
TECHNCICALLY, if you try to skip forward or backwards under certain circumstances, LIGHTS OUT and locked up, have to reboot, etc.
I KNOW YOU KNOW THIS ALREADY, fix or be prepared for a suit, what a shame, you have a good sight, but I have already had you steal a bunch of money from me (not necessarily intentionally )

i refunded his money and told him to get lost...but do you think i made a mistake by not getting the names and numbers of his three lawyer friends for future use? They sound like they're really on the ball :helpme
