Buying a $1M building can really fuck up your credit beacon.
Just bought a new building and now my credit beacon is way the fuck down (low 600) and that sucks elephant balls! I wanted to get my girl something nice for Christmas but I guess she'll have to settle with the the Murano I bought her on Saturday.
Fucking credit scores can lick my ball sack. :321GFY |

If you keep your payments regular and on time, your credit will rock in the near future.

Rob, how much cash you got? Cars boats planes?

By the way...Murano what? Murano is nice. I also love Lladro pieces.
Doesn't matter really, if you are that concerned what your girl thinks about a gift you give her, you think a lot of her. She'll love it...and you. :) |

When I met my husband, he was sleeping on an old mattress on a floor. I'd known him for a while before I started dating him. I was most impressed with the fact that he was in college...I was very young. Well...we kinda "bumped" together. Crazy times those were. We didn't have much money then. He gave me an engagement ring that was about 1/4 carat solitaire. I am still married to that man and however we have done very well in life/business I wouldn't trade my ring in for a million dollars. He is worth the world to me. For 25 years now. :) |
just curious Acid, what you need a building for?
starting a business we don't know about? |
post pics you fool

couldn't you have bought the buliding in your company name so it wouldn't affect your personal credit
|
Where do you live? South Dakota?
In Seattle there is no such thing as a 1 mil "building".....1 Mil house, most deffinitely.....1 Mil Condo, sure thing. Building? Maybe in chinatown :winkwink: |
sure you did.
|
Ever heard of an investment property?
|
I've personally dealt with this over the last year. When I purchased my 2 homes, I watched my score plummet from 762 down to 690. They say that after 6 months, it will shoot right back up, so I'm crossing my fingers and checking back in 2 months.
Congrats on the purchase though! I'm sure you'll be able to get that nice engagement ring for her. |
I'll post some pics of the Murano when I get home tonight. :thumbsup
