Free site builders

How much would be fair payment for building 10-15 free sites monthly and submitting them to 100-150 linklists by hand. I'll provide with all content/thumbnails/banners.

$400 - 550 would be what I would seek.

The lower end being for 10 and the upper being for 15, designed, built and submitted.
