I'm assuming that this is who I think it is, and we all know he has no need to be transferring that much money thru Paypal.

Also, you're looking at some fees there, it would be cheaper to just cut a check and overnight it.

I'd say send a wire. Pay Pal has daily limits, so you'd have to send a pile of mini payments, plus they'll rape the receiver on the fees when you can just send a wire for like $35.
