Graphics Designers
If you are a freelance graphic designer or an employed graphics designer with spare time on their hands please write me an e-mail with as many samples of your work as possible. Preferentially a focus on nonadult work, if you don't have any samples of non adult work please don't bother sending the e-mail or whip up a quick design - you might end up needing it as a reference for other clients anyways.
If you are employed or have other obligations you would need to be very flexible. If work is tossed your way the dead line would be near immediate. If I give you a project mid day Monday it needs to be done at the latest by Wednesday evening so I can have it prepped for a Thursday presentation, and done well not half assed... A Progress status, at the very least, with samples of the direction you are going would be required within 24 hours of project assignment.
The best part? For starters your work would need to be very reasonably priced. I am not asking you to work for an ethiopian's salary; however high payment terms are not possible - at least not initially.
I know it's alot to ask, but if things go well better terms would be possible within a month and advancement within the company as well. Telecommuting would be no problem as long as you remain productive. If you don't feel qualified for the job write me with your samples anyways.. I like working with people who are new in their respective fields as well; they tend to have something to prove not just to their employers but themselves as well :)
