I do (at least I started 2 years ago), and really decided to just focus on a handfull of them.

Funny to see many of them "lost their hotness", there is also a bit of "trends" when it comes to programs popularity I guess :2 cents:

Was talking on a prespective of "list of sponsors i've signed up for" not about ones we are activly promoting ;)

i have 2 folders bookmarked, one for "signed up", another for "promoted/ing"
easy way to keep track.

hehe I also have another section for "Affiliates to join" for sites that I don't have anything to do with at the moment, but could foresee using in the future

I also do that aswell (besides what Baba said)

tho besides that I also have profiles (u/p, mail address used, site used in profile and url) for each one of them... :S

Every program I sign up for I add into stats remote.

I lost track many many moons ago. In 2001 it was all of them.

I keep track of all 176 of them using Stats Remote.

I have made money with 153 of them and plan to make money with the remainders...

You really have to these days there are so many options and new stuff coming out all the time. I am promoting 94 affiliate programs right now.

I signed up for a ton in the first two month of being an adult webmaster - now I only dig something if it really sticks out and I only promote 20-30 sponsors actively.

Shit... Add the 200 CCBILL sponsors and you can double my trials of new shit ;)

I've signed up for a lot of sponsors over the years, but I concentrate on 4-5 right now.

I keep a database with all of the info. Plus I print it out occasionally as backup.

LOL -- I thought this was going to be a thread about automation. I just try something different every day, take a cue from the smell of the wind (by surfing), and don't try to get yourself too far from the link-making process. Indulge creativity.

Of course some programs make it real easy. They offer tools for guys who like to build shit ourselves. Reminds of that line in the Fly with Jeff Goldblum, where he's explaining the smallness of his contribution to the invention.
