I would imagine if you linked it to a porn site you would get it yanked, but if you link it to your anti-childporn crusade page you could get it and keep it.

but even then it shouldn't suggest "cp" when you click suggestions for "porn"

It will be like 2 hours before Google drops all those terms from your campaign due to lack of interest.

The keywords google suggests are based on what's commonly searched for, it is automatic and is not monitored.
Isn't that obvious?
