The more you write in a post on a particular subject, the more chance you have of picking up traffic for some obscure phrase you hadn't even thought of. So don't just focus on the obvious words and phrases, but shed your fear of using natural language and gain extra traffic.

Well stated. I found some funny ass phrases in my logs that have been searched on all three of the top engines.

Well, you have a pr of 0, which is a pretty bad start and suggests very few backlinks.
Aside from that, you use the standard design, and although I have no proof yet, I have started suspecting that often-used designs are penalized in search engines.

Good sites for the search engines, in my experience, are sites that are heavy in information/content, unique and simple in design, layout and coding, and connected with many other relevant sites.
