it will save you a sh*tload of time. All you do is add your galleries, schedule them and that's it. It runs off your server so you don't have to be online or anything in order for submissions to be attended to.

Yup, I've never seen a database that you can buy that is any good.

Databases are hard to mantain. And a database might work for one kind of galleries but not for another kind. So in theory no one database will suit all.
I know there are sites that my submissions get listed no easily but I see no one else I know getting listed there. Could be luck, could be many things, but I think it has to do with how little alike we all think. So we each come up with our own unique creations. And those creations are different in a way that means we can all make money in this business :)
