I saw it last night as well... Barely got out of seeing ET. with my girlfriend! LOL!!!

Wicked movie! Exactly what I expected... Not as good as the origional but great fight scenes and Wesley Snipes is as mean and sharp as ever!

I couldn't get in even though I was 18. The theatre I went to in New York State has some law that you cann't take minors into a R-rated movie unless the guardian is 21. Well, there were four of us, 2 were 17, one 16, and myself 18. Even though 3 of us had ID, we could only go in if we left our friend behind. Fuck that.

It was a Loews Cinema at a mall. According to my sister, they are the only theatre who gives a fuck about that law. It's stupid -- the guy who sold me the tickets never asked for the ID. It was just that bastard at the entrance to the actual theatre who did (the guy who rips the ticket in half)...

I thought that it was a pretty decent flick, lots of great fighting action, with a bit of gore. I think that it's worth seeing.

Yep, you sure do. It all depends on the movie theature that you're going to though, around here they just don't give a shit. I've seen younger people, definately under 18 getting into the theature when I went to see it without having any older people with them.

I read the movie adaption comic last week...they brought Whistler back...which is kinda lame. It looks like the first one...a lot of action and some cool effects...not too much plot. In other words...typical fun vampire movie.

You don't have to be 18 to see the movie. You can be 17 as long as everyone in your party is 17 (and has IDs). If you have an ID and your friend doesn't and you're both under 21, then you can't get in. It's a ridiculous law that makes no sense. America is a conservative christian nation.. damn!

I saw the movie today and it was very entertaining. You have to like the wwf shit towards the end..

I think the chick is kinda cute too, wouldn't mind seeing her nude.

blade 2 = better than the original.


they learned from their mistakes on the first movie and the new direktor kicks ass.

Just saw it tonight. Blade 1 was a lot better. Blade 2 was ok pretty good for the first half of the movie, but then got a bit lame for the second half. Some good fight scenes, but that's about it. I think the fight scenes in the first one were better too. I give it a 3 out of 5.

Just saw it tonight, decent flick.

I really needed my glasses though, my eyesight is getting damned poor :( so the edge on some of the FX were lost on me a bit.

I definitely enjoyed the first more. I rate movies based on how "into" them I am. With the first, I was totally into the storyline and all the fun fun fighting kung-fu action. ;)

This one, just seemed a bit too fakey for me or something. I never really got drawn in, more like "haha, that's funny!".

But all in all a good movie to watch some pretty kickass asshoopin's! Although I do just miss normal vampire slaying via strange and interesting new methods (blade 1) :)

I saw it on Friday and I also agree that it was not as good as the first one, but it was still awsome. Some of the s-fx were pretty crappy and then on the other hand alot of it was really well done (like the "new" breed of vamp's were fuckin' well done). So yeah, it was a great vamp movie (not as good as Bram Stoker Dracula which I highly recommend to all you who live in a cave and havent seen it).......LATER! :ak47: :ak47:
