Chameleon submitter problem
 

I cannot reach CS support so maybe someone here knows whats up.

I just downloaded the new version submitter, have been using it before with no problems.

Now, when I try to start the application I get this error:

"Database error"

Is this because its locked? I cant even get into the application because of this error. I installed all the necessary updates.

Found this fix but it didnt help me.

"When I attempted to run CS I got a database error message even though it had been working without problems before. What does it mean and what should I do?

This means that your database has been somehow damaged and CS itself therefore can not be launched. To fix the problem, try the following:
Open Start menu > Run > enter the full path to the chameleon.exe file using the Browse button. Enter a blank space and add /R. The command should look like: ?C:\Program Files\Chameleon Submitter\chameleon.exe? /R
Click on the OK button and the database should automatically be repaired and reduced (without any information loss). If you cannot run the software even after this action, please contact CS support."

Bought the trial, lets see what this baby can do. Database seems fairly small though?

The dream looks waay more advanced, is there a beginners guide anywhere?

I remember I had that problem once too... Cant remember what I did, but the CS team guided me through it! Have you tried to uninstall it an reinstall?
