Return it to Creative. Don't they have a warrenty or something? You can say it just stopped working if it doesn't have a huge dent on it.

I have the Zen Touch Photo 8gig. There's nothing like them.

Creative is AWESOME, it broke and I returned it without reciept and they gave me a new one.

TiVo did the same for me.

Shit, I'd go through some of your models for free, and tell you which ones cheat, install shit, or are dead links. You'd be surprised how much crap is creeping in like that.
