Anyone spending Thanksgiving alone?

we dont celebrate thanksgiving in Norway!

But for some people spending the holiday alone is preferable to spending it with the family.... with the overbearing opinionated idiot brother-in-law.... the sister-in-law who 'never never spanks her kids'..... the army of half-pint hellions, underdisciplined all....... the obnoxious uncle pervy who always wants the nieces to "come sit on his lap"..... the crackhead nephew who never has a job and is always broke but comes around for a free meal whenever it's convenient.....

If my family were like that I'd spend a lot more holidays alone, or at the very least far far away on a trip visititing people who don't make you want to do a murder-suicide. :D

I know how it feels. for a few years I have to spend thanksgiving alone, it was during my struggling days. its very depressing.
