does anyone want webcam content?

A friend of mine has a bunch of pictures of girls on their webcams, (both nude and non-nude) that he is looking to unload, but I've never heard of any kind of market for them...

If you're interested let me know, he has about 50 sets of 20-40 pictures each.

thats a grey area... i mean if he has proof the girls are 18+, i would think he could get away with it... but ... if anyone ever questions the age of the girls, he could be in deep shit.

Not true. You are not required to have a release BUT it is a damn fine idea if you want to avoid a lawsuit. Now ID is another story IF it falls within the definition of 2257 compliance. Not all content does.

It's all a gray area that I would not fuck with so I would not buy or use such content.

I'm just saying it's alot like the mardi-gras pics and things like that. No one has releases or ID's of those girls, but the pics and videos are sold all across the internet and even on TV...

Can you prove that they were in a public chatroom when they were taken? They could be a one on one session in which case I would question whether the girl was waving her right to privacy. Distributing them for free between friends would be different but selling them changes the rules.

The mardi-gras stuff the girls are clearly in a public environment and have therefore given up their right to privacy although this is not a 100% clear issue.

you'd better closely read the terms of those sites...
most of the webcam sites have in the TOS that all pictures, broadcasts, videos, etc. are the property of the site....therefor, you could be in for problems from a copyright standpoint....

as for cam exposure in public webcam rooms, I'm not so sure that would fall under the Girls Gone Wild area as they are out in public for the GGW stuff....you'd best consult with an attorney on that one...

I'm working with some girls to do some webcam snaps for me to use as content, but I'm going the full route with ID's, releases, etc. to avoid any possible legal liability...my attorney is expensive enough as it is without having to pay him to defend me in court ;)))

You CANNOT snag pics from sites and repost them even IF they do NOT have a copyright posted on the site.... $250,000.00 per image stole and reposted is the maximum fine in a CIVIL court. Real easy to prove in Civil Court that someone has NO LEGAL RIGHTS to repost. No signed consent and you are F'ed. Got it?

Our attorney researched this in DEPTH before I ever went online. So tell your buddy, I WILL be coming to look for him and will try and track down the girls in the pictures to turn them on to him with the advice to sue til he bleeds. D*mned parasitic worms.

I had trouble with a site teen site using our content. The best way to go after these leaching fucks is contacting the isp (as said earlier) and the billing company. The billing companies are usually pretty helpful as it is not worth it for them to get sued over one sorry ass leach.

It is not on the copyright owner to prove anything to some 15 year old kid who is using stolen content. The billing company will usually contact the leach and ask him for proof of use. That has been our experience.
