I need some good Deviled Egg recipes, anyone have any?

I got the basic mix up earlier from Baba, but i think there is more to it than just mayo and mustard.

12 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
3 TBSP mustard
3 TBSP mayo
3 TBSP sweet pickle relish
pinch salt
paprika to garnish
1 TBSP lemon juice

Cut eggs in halves, removing the yolks. In medium bowl combine yolks, mayo, mustard, relish, salt and lemon juice, adding more of whichever condiment you prefer until the mixture is creamy.

Fill the halves with the mixture, either by the spoonful or with a baker's piping bag. Dust with paprika and serve. Makes 24 halves.

DO NOT REFRIGERATE THIS! ICKY POO! Make just before serving, and serve within an hour of making, (in case you're taking this to a dinner somewhere).

:)

12 hard cooked eggs, peeled
12 oz lump crab meat, not the fake stuff
7 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped celery
4 tsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. onion powder
6 drops Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. In a bowl, mash yolks, add mayonnaise, celery, mustard, parsley, oregano, onion powder, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Add crab meat, mix well. Refill whites with yolk mixture.

Serve immediately

Mine is VERY basic - mayo (and I only use Blue Plate because it doesn't have lemon in it), salt and chopped green olives. I've never put mustard in mine.

yes, if the timer goes that high. if not, you can keep track pretty easy by counting aloud while standing in front of the microwave, but i like you alot so please don't stand in front of the microwave.

Mine are the easiest in the world, and everyone loves them. I only use Helman's Mayo and a touch, and I do mean a touch, of garlic. Mix that up til it is smooth, spoon it into the whites and add paprika. That's it. I used to make them with all the mustard and everything, but no one ate them, so I just stick with the things they will actually eat. lol
