Just before 11am 23 year old Kevin Henderson picked up his new game at Best Buy and was heading out to the parking lot with it when he was approached by a black male wearning a leather jacket.

The man suddenly grabbed the X-Box from him and started running with Kevin behind him. He was joined by Best Buy employees who saw what was happening.

The chase continued across Wellington Road to the White Oaks Mall where the suspect dropped the electronic game system .

As police arrived and starting looking for the suspect, the visually and hearing impaired Kevin was left to ponder why he had been targetted. According to him, " I think it's unfortunate that people have to be so low to get something like this... and you don't know what's going on in their minds"

Kevin was among thousands of others who wanted to be first to get their hands on the 400 dollar plus X-Box 360 which, it seems, has improved graphics over the original along with other new features.

Kevin had to wait until later in the day to use his game player because he had an exam at Westervelt College.

The manager of Best Buy has invited Kevin back in order to compensate him for his brush with the X-Box bandit.

here's one question, if he is visually and hearing impaired like the article says, what the hell does he care if the 360 has better graphics?

as for the guy robbing, i doubt race had anything to do with it. shit comes in more colors then just brown.

I remember reading once... black ppl steal cars, rob stores, shoot ppl, sell drugs and white ppl bomb building, etc etc.. and we worry about black ppl.

really sucks how you as a person can get judged by your race or country you live in following what other ppl from your country or race do.

I am white, and I agree black ppl steal, but so do white ppl.

Last I checked they arrest all crooks regardless of race.
