Google Sitemap Downloaded....
 

Once they have downloaded the site map, and it shows 10 urls that were 404 - are the pages theya re going to add already in searches or is there another wait for them to actually add the pages to their Search DB?

Also, if you have 8-9 pages out of 1650 that were 404, does that mean you need to fix those and have Google re-crawl the entire site map error free before they add the urls?

I know the questions are lame to some of you, but any answers would be appreciated.

If you look at your sitemaps info it tells you all that

as far as the missing links who knows what google will do but google...they do seem to indicate that 404s are just ignored and everything else is crawled
