apparently someone has been stealing all of my
Karups galleries only they forgot to change my linking code in one gallery so I caught them, here is a few of mine and there galleries, you will notice in the first one of theres they didnt change the link code from mine to theres

On a more serious note - I've noticed shit like this in the past, and, frankly - for galleries it's not worth the effort to try to copyright them or to try to sue the person who rips off your design. Sometimes there's personal satisfaction in turing them into their host (to get their account fucked) but often it takes more time than is worth the effort.

I'd only do it if I worked really hard on a gallery, felt I had a revolutionary design, and some copycat fucker would cause my design to get recognized more often and I'd earn less money because of it. That's my :2 cents:

If they are using your link codes, take the sales and be happy :)

I didnt say anyone stole content and yes apparently he used to be my partner but these galleries were on my host and have been, you dont know the whole story so keep your fucking ass out of it, we are no longer partners so yea I have a reason to bitch that he used my galleries.

A) I do know what happened. You're a lazy freeloader. :) Those galleries took you 4 hours to build and they should have taken you 15 minutes.

B) The revenue from them was to be split. The galleries belonged to both of you. He can't steal something that belongs to him from you.

C) You contributed nothing except shitty galleries that took 4 hours to build that a monkey could have built in 15 minutes to the partnership. He did all the other work and paid for whatever costs came up, including the hosting when it was necessary.

D) I didn't say you said he stole your content. If you need help with your reading comprehension, I'm sure someone can ICQ Spacedog and he'll be here in two minutes with a referral link to Hooked On Phonics.

Why do you guys insist on putting visible tables in your galleries? They make it look cluttered and amateurish. Don't be worried about the layouts, spend 5 minutes to make better ones.

This guy knows damn good and well who used those galleries, it was me!!And it wasn't just a fuck up that one of the galleries was left with his affiliate code.This nut sent me these galleries!!

The reason that code was left in tact is because it was already submitted before we called off the "partnership".So no one is running around stealing his galleries...Common sense alone would have to make you ask why the hell anyone would go through the trouble to steal that shit!

While I admit they are very basic and amateur looking it saved me a little time using them trying to make back some of the money I lost while dealing with this guy.Which they didn't so I'm still out of the money I spent.

We were at one time working together and one of his duties was build and submit galleries.I paid out of my own pocket for several submission tools for him to use only to find he was using them to submit his own galleries cutting me out entirely.

This guy used over 70 gigs of my bandwidth without making a single sale from that.Who had to pay for that? I did! Sales where made later on, but every check that came in that was to be shared between us, I never saw a nickle.I felt sorry for the kid and his situation so I didn't worry with the money, wasn't that much to begin with, but look were feeling sorry for someone and trying to help them gets you...Childish garbage like this!

He keeps saying he fully intends to pay me back, but has till yet ask what he owes me.

I'm not interested in a long drawn out battle here or on any other forum, I'm just sick of my inbox being filled with emails from people I know pointing out ALL of the boards he's made his rounds to trying to "get even" with me.

1st no it doesnt take that long to build galleries and you know nothing about me FatPad so why not just keep your opinion to yourself, I built galleries constantly for OUR sponsors, he didnt do shit all day but reviews for other sites, yes we used a domain that was his to start but we agreed to split the bandwidth and I have ICQ history to prove that I have attemtoped to find out what I owe him, we stopped using paid hosting and I started using a freehost for everything and he still did nothing with the galleries but still wanted 50%......
