your customer support is top notch :1orglaugh
i've only been waiting 18+ hours to complete a purchase from one of your client's stores... apparently my credit card info exists in your system (i have no idea how - i've never bought from one of your merchants before to my knowledge), so it will not let me buy without logging in to my profile so you'd think i could just sign up again or check out anyhow... but nope, it won't let me since my card already exists and i *must* enter a user/pass to make my purchase so logically writing to the customer support email on the shopping cart would get me a response within an hour or two... but nope, no reply to my two emails in over 18 hours just thouht you'd like to know you cost one of your clients a $600 sale keep it up :thumbsup |
I have tried numerous times to make purchases through their system and have had no luck.
