Tough question. I have been involved with webcam girls for over 4 years and I would have to say that the average girl makes about $600 per week working a 40 hour week. If I had a per hour agreement, I would never pay more than $13 an hour. Use incentives.

I have worked with beautiful perfect blondes who work 40 hours a week and do not make shit. I have worked with average looking girls who rake in over a thousand a week on a regular basis. I have seen girls be bitchy as hell to customers and make good money. I have seen girls be nice and friendly and not make shit. There is no "key" to successful camgirls that I have found. The only thing I could reccomend is to find "regulars". I have come to the conclusion that, as in most ventures, 80% of the revenue comes from 20% of the customers. The key is to find the people who will keep coming back for more.

As far as iFriends is concerned, they are the Wal-mart of the webcam world. However, the girls there are getting screwed with the payouts. The traffic has also died down quite a bit while the number of performers has risen. There are a few other sites that you can make as much, if not more money at.

Yes, the top hosts on ifriends make lots and lots of money. Personally I've never been in the top ten but I have made well upwards of a grand a week, for about 30-35 hours of work in my heydays. Yes, ifriends is in a deep slump right now and the numbers are not as good, although I have LOTS of chathost friends who still do very well on there, and make fedex when they need to. However, I dont do phone/audio, or spread and play, and I charge 3.99 and up, ALWAYS, and I seem to do rather well just bringing in some yahoo traffic. I'm not gonna give you my chathost name, but I will tell you I work a special niche (not gonna tell you what that is either), and I know how to work my traffic.
I know of a girl who made #7 and her sales were in the six thousand dollar mark. Another girl last January was #9 with just about 4,500. She's a 19 year old cutie with a great knack for anal zooms lol.
