    I ask You...GFY...for Help.

    I have been messing with the adult business/web for about 13 months.

    I work 1-2 hours a day max (5 days a week, not 7) and I am currently making $2000 Month/average for the past 3-4 months.

    I would like to ask for help/tips from GFY on how I can increase my bottom line$?

    That $2000 is 95% submission to tgps/mgps.

    I pay $80 in submit type passes and $120 in hosting.

    So its $1800 profit before taxes.

                          I tried to double my work time...
                          I actually worked 4-6 hours per day

                          But my profits only went out $100-300 a month

                          It was not worth it.

                          Any other ideas?

                              I am a firm believer in the concept that hard works pays and working 1-2 hours a day just isn't going to pay. You might make some money and be somewhat comfortable but you'll never be successful.

                              When I first started working after college I literally fell asleep at my keyboard and woke up the next morning right back in the mix. 16 hour days weren't out of the norm and it has paid off.

                              Work more than 1-2 hours a day and get back to us.

                                          Imo, you can't really excel and succeed at something you don't truly enjoy.

                                              P.S. Anybody that "made it" in this businses took a business plan already there, and worked on new ideas to make it better ... well almost everybody.

                                              Nobody here will tell you their secrets... all you have to do is to work hard ;) You have 2 choices right now, keep working in the same direction, double your gallery posting ... or start different projects on the side of what you are doing now...

                                                      Do exactly what you are doing and repeat.

                                                      If ya did exactly twice what ya do, ya can expect twice the cash at the least.
                                                      Another thing ya might wanna fiddle with is diversifying.

                                                      Maybe ya do submits now, maybe ya put another hour into SEO.
                                                      Maybe define you're business model, or create a business plan and set goals.

                                                      Thats my honest reccomendaton.

                                                      OH, and ya goto love what ya do, to be truly effective

                                                          Remember that you're really working a VERY parttime job, and making pretty decent money for a parttime job. You're making probably 4x as much as someone working in the mall for that many hours.

                                                          Either accept that as is, or work more hours, and scale up. Remember though, that just because you start working twice as many hours, doesn't mean you'll make twice as much money, or 3X the hours for 3X the money. Great in theory, but not always very realistic. The first couple of thousand per month is easy in this business. It's the next few thousand per month that not everyone is able to make.

                                                          One question. Do you work Monday to Friday? If so, as a gallery submitter, that alone is a huge mistake. The biggest traffic day is Monday, so you NEED to be submitting on Sunday. If you can't work more than 5 days per week because of a medical condition or something, lose one of the other days, skip church and submit on Sunday.
