is there any gallery makers that can CRANK 12 DIFFERENT looking galleries a day - EVERY FUCKING DAY - cutting and cropping the thumbs and shit from 12 different photo shoots and video sets?

i would think so if the templates werent that difficult and they were dedicated. i think it would be better to do 2-3 people though.

12 different templates with 12 different sets of pics/vids daily... Not a good idea, if it's done by one gallery maker.

Once you have 12 different templates, making 12 galleries a day is a pretty simple job.

Submitting 12 galleries a day, is a different story...

Using dreamsubmitter and doing all your cutting/thumbing in advance its not too tough to handle.

I was under the impression that the templates had to be different everyday too.

I did it on many occassions for many clients.
But quality can quickly become an issue, that's a grind.

The most I did in a 24 hour period of time was 30 galleries all different with content plugged in and I had the flu.

I would sleep for an hour get up and crank, take a nap, get up and crank, wash lather rinse repeat.

lets say rotate from say 120 different templates

i can't believe how lazy you fucks are - i think you guys have NO IDEA the amount of work the old school people put in at the begining and still continue to do

If I"m using templates and the content is readily available..in other words I'm not digging through member's areas I can crank shit out quick.

Using presets and actions I already have in place in photoshop once the template is built I can pic thumbs, crop them and insert them including resizing the big pics in about 3 minutes.

Once again that is if the content is already sorted.

I put out 8 a day in fairly short order. So yes.

Creating 12 unique 'designs' everyday would be quite difficult, especially if they were all for the same site. However, if it was for 12 different sites every day, it would be much easier. Multiple templates for the same site gets kind of tough after a certain amount. It just gets hard to keep them matching the theme or look of the paysite they were pushing while still making each one unique.


If you're just talking the manual labor of populating templates and linking everything, I could teach my grandmother how to do 12 galleries a day like that :winkwink:

Using an exercice book as the building blocks of the different templates can
works well, using plain squares for the thumbs and stright lines both long and short
for planning out the text layout. Layouts can be very quickly seen by turning pages
to help focus on the layouts that you know yourself that work better than others.

Numbers can be added to page templates to revisit after you record down your progress to reflect on your future template designs to guide you on what templetes
return the best based on time to make and money spent.

Apply break even charts and fishbone diagrams to help solve some of the decision making.

I could do that no problem at all. Last week I built 28 galleries in one day from scratch!

12 should be a piece of cake. Wouldn't take me more than 8 hours!

IMHO you should spread such sort of work among at least 3 different persons...

yes it's no problem if you're organized.
Actually making the 12 templates per day and submnitting them will be hard if you handsubmit unless it is only a list of 30-50 TGP's, but it means you will be working 16 hours+
If you already have the templates, and crop the pics in advance it is no problem,
then you could make 1000's of galleries, upload them, generate the pages with recips on each day and bob's your uncle :)

I gotta add that one must have a shitload of partner accounts. I do only 2 galleries a day (for different niches) and still have a hard time submitting them to all places where i want since many big TGPs only allow one or two submissions a day (not to mention TheHun with one gallery each 3 days).

So, if you're going to play by the rules, be ready to spend some big bucks on partner accounts or to be banned for attempting to register more than one partner account.

where those video or pic galleries?

I think its crazy talk but maybe I'm just not dedicated enough

that's real when you have a ready content and don't need to spend a time for sign up at programs and get the content from their pre made galleries.

But old schoolers galleries weren't has graphic intensive as they are today nor did they did much thumbs cropping. :winkwink: Sure making 12 different basic galleries per day with no or little graphic is very feasible...

Once upon a time I think Sleazy was able to do this. Back before he got rich. ;)

Years ago I used to build and submit 15 galleries per day, every day. At that time there haven't been any tools like these days, as a "submitter" I used roboform ;-)
Now then I talk to webmasters I noticed that most of them hardly get 1 gallery done and submitted...

10 templates is about a good day's work, cropping thumbs (especially if they are color corrected etc) takes more time.. I'd say that's well and above a full day's work.. Most designers I know crank out about 8 templates or so a day, include content and thumbs, it's a good amount of work.

If the templates are already made, or they are simple html templates, 12 sets of content and thumbs is nothing, really.

lets see if we can work this out and get the rotation scheduled and this should be fine. although 10 a day for a person will take a good amount of time out of the day for that person.

All movie galleries buddy, 3 movies per gal and I cut, edited and changed format of the movies and sorted all the pics. It really doesn't take me long at all!

I once saw a person make 10 galleries in a few hrs. Wasnt so bad

Seems like alot of work for 1 person.

yeah can get mor ethan that but dont just use 1 person - 15 gals made and submitted with 3 staff would be more likely to produce good results

12 galleries per day for a single person?! i think it's madness!

I have been doing 10 a day for a while now. I don't think 12 would be too much more difficult.

This includes a submission of some sort as well.
