Globill / OTE Development USA

In today's mail I got a W-9 request from OTE Development USA

I thought that was Globill? Why would a closed processer need my tax info by "November 30, 2005 Otherwise, backup withholding will bgin"

It's called "evidence" - especially if you are owed any substantial amount :winkwink:

I'd give em the info and at the same time, - as a creditor, - make a request to have a copy of the full financial statement certified by the liquidator. If nothing else, it may be amusing bedtime reading.
