Need Firewire on my PC

I need a firewire connection on my PC to output video. But this is not my PC so I need something I can connect outside without opening up the computer.

Is there an external option for adding firewire to the PC?

Also, is there a video software that can output digital video to my digital video camera using USB2?

That looks like what I want, thanks. Only Im not sure they have a pal version, I have a pal camera and this is ntsc.
