Spoken from someone who doesn't know better. I would bet the industry successfully employs over 700 outsourced employees to do design and programming work. It's all about your management. When you get five people with us to do your repetitive tasks, we give you a free supervisor to manage your team.

Any piece of decent software that has been developed in adult has come from a decent, properly paid developer.

If you think you can just throw a bit of money out there and end up with the same end product - you're dreaming.

No offense taken at all. Many adult webmasters also have mainstream projects. While we cannot help with writing/processing adult material, we can help with their mainstream projects. Also, many promotions activities require massive data entry or text work that does not involve looking at adult materials, we can help on this front as well.
