someone asked about this earlier and i dint think that wmp still allowed this but i guess im wrong so i wont guess that it wont work on mpg's but on the old version you could do it on mpg's , on the new version ( of wmp ) mpg's popps dont work anymore , but if someone shows me an mpg with the popup then its possible :)

I got the video in a new page. ( I opened a new tab ) and it has a link under it to pop up the player.
