Penis-kissing mom escapes sex charges!

(November 17) A 27-year-old mother from the Dominican Republic was cleared of charges that she sexually assaulted her infant son when she kissed him all over his body, including his penis. Justice Nancy Mills found that while the kissing of the genitals occurred, "the defendant's conduct was not sexual in nature and was within the accepted practice in her country."

No I have to say that it is a bit fucked up that the woman would do something like this, but this is her baby. And any of you that have children, know that when they are so little and helpless, all you want to do is hug them and kiss them. Where I find that this woman went overboard is the facts that 1 the child is one year old, and 2 she did this in public.

Anyway. Just thought some might find it interesting.


Oh, and for the new fathers and mothers. Be careful what photos you have developed. There was a case where a guy spent 4 months in jail, before the charges were dropped. He was arrested after having a photo devloped of him kissing his infant daughters bellybutton.

Actually - the guy that was released was also kissing his babies penis as is the custom in some south american countries - he proved that it was a real custom and thats why he was released - a few newspapers were being "politically correct" when they said it was the navel :(

The guy was aseperate incident, and they had a photo of him. It was developed at walmart, and they are the ones that called the police.
