Epassporte fucked agian?
 
The last week there has been problems login in and the site has been down and the balance has been 0

now it says my username or password is not right been like this sisnce yesterday anybody else having this problem?

No I just logged in with out any problems and use it several times last night with no problems.

Its happened to me before - I would guess that when the site was down you tried to get in and failed a few times - That automaticly puts a stop on the account.

Just phone them and they will reinstate the account and send you a new password by email.

but the account worked fine yesterday thats my point and it was no problem login in

the last time it failed to login was 3 days ago

If it was a "real" Bank as you put it , it would more than likely would not want your business. I used my card in LA several times yesterday without any problem :2 cents:

well its true they have hade alot of problems but i still love to use them so thats why i hope this gets cleared up fast

I'm glad you're satisfied with their half ass service. I for one prefer to trust my money with institutions that don't lose my balance every other day.

The reason you sometimes see the balance as 0 is that the payment processor is down, ePassporte is working with them to solve the problem and ensure ePassporte is available 24/ to webmasters.

My god well after spending 15 min on icq with them the problem was fixed
and i can now login in agian

I just had a problem with my account (my fault) and it was easily fixed by the support via icq in less than 2mins...things are looking good :)
